Shipping and Return
If any product is out of stock, unavailable or we are unable to fulfill your order, we will contact you to find out if you are interested in receiving a substitution. If a substitution is not acceptable and you wish to terminate the sale we will refund the amount charged to your credit card. Please note: Prices, specifications, and availability of products are subject to change without notice.
We only ship products to confirmed addresses. All products are shipped within 5 Business days. During major holiday sales all order will be shipped within 7-10 Business days. During sales promotions, shipping times may change. No order will be refunded for shipping time frames.
All orders within the US are shipped via USPS with delivery confirmation. All orders are processed and shipped within 5 Business days after order is placed. Priority Mail is our standard shipping method. All shipments within the United States are shipped with delivery confirmation. Please note that real time tracking is not always available through USPS Priority Service.
Failed Delivery/Incorrect Shipping Address
Check the address information on your order. Make sure you have included ALL the information (address, apt number, etc.) needed to deliver your package. All shipments are required to be signed upon delivery. We do not ship to any P.O. Box address. If an address correction needs to be made after your shipment has been sent you will be assessed the fee the shipping carrier charges us to make the correction. No refunds will be issued for refused or abandoned shipments! No exceptions!
K Vision Beauty ships to most countries internationally. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions regarding shipping to your country. If ordering with PayPal make sure your address is confirmed. A PayPal confirmed address is an address that has been verified by PayPal as belonging to the purchaser per matching your credit card billing address. Please contact PayPal's Customer Service at 1-402-935-2050 with any questions related to confirming your shipping address.
All sales are FINAL and there are no refunds allowed. K Vision Beauty takes every measure to ensure you receive a quality product. After your installation, if you feel you've received a product that is truly defective and unusual, we want to hear from you! Please send an email to email@example.com and file a Quality Claim Form. Although no refunds are permitted we will address the quality issue.
Please send all claim inquiries to firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a Quality Claim Form. Form must be requested within 14 days of purchase. You will be contacted within 7 days of claim form receipt.
Note that perming, coloring, lifting, rinsing, cutting, removing the hair from the weft or otherwise processing the hair VOIDS the Product Defected Hair Policy.
